3. Reviews and Photographs
Review and photograph submissions remain private and pending unless Sixth Line Studio explicitly approves them for publication.
Submitting a review does not guarantee that it will be published.
If you give permission to display a review or photograph, we may publish it using the public display-name option you selected.
Email addresses will not be displayed publicly.
We may decline, remove, or stop displaying submitted content. We will not materially change the meaning of a customer review without permission.
If a photograph contains an identifiable minor, the person submitting the photograph must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian or must have authorization from the parent or legal guardian to submit the photograph and grant permission for its use.
You may contact us to withdraw permission for future display of your review or photograph. We will take reasonable steps to remove it from locations under our control, although previously printed, shared, cached, or archived material may not be capable of immediate or complete recall.
4. Consent
By voluntarily submitting information, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure for the purposes explained at the time of collection and in this Privacy Policy.
Where consent is required, you may withdraw it by contacting us, subject to reasonable notice and any legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawal of consent may limit our ability to provide a requested service, complete an order, or display submitted content.
5. Service Providers and Disclosure
We may use service providers to support website hosting, forms, email delivery, file storage, payments, fraud prevention, and related business functions.
These providers may include Netlify, Resend, Square, Interac-participating financial institutions, and other providers reasonably required to operate the service.
We provide service providers only with information reasonably necessary for their functions. Their processing may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Some providers may process or store information outside Ontario or outside Canada. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws and lawful-access requirements.
We may also disclose information:
- with your consent;
- to comply with law, court orders, or lawful government requests;
- to investigate fraud, security incidents, or misuse;
- to protect our rights, safety, property, customers, or the public; or
- in connection with a legitimate business reorganization, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Our general retention approach is:
- ordinary inquiries: up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication;
- unapproved review and photograph submissions: normally deleted within 90 days after the review decision;
- approved reviews and photographs: retained while displayed or otherwise used with permission;
- order, payment, tax, consent, and transaction records: retained for the period required for business and legal purposes;
- information relevant to a complaint, dispute, legal claim, or security incident: retained as reasonably necessary to address the matter.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
7. Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

A parent, legal guardian, school representative, team representative, or other authorized adult should provide information relating to a child.
Do not submit a child’s photograph, full name, contact information, or other personal information unless you have the legal authority and appropriate permission to do so.
