Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer unless an item is presented with a completed checkout process or Sixth Line Studio provides and accepts a specific written quote, invoice, or order confirmation.

Product photographs may show examples of previous work or possible customization. Colours, scale, placement, and materials may appear differently on different screens and may vary within reasonable production tolerances.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• interfere with the website’s operation or security;
• attempt unauthorized access to website systems, forms, files, or submissions;

• you have authority to provide any personal information it contains; and
• the material is lawful and appropriate for the requested purpose.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials.

You grant Sixth Line Studio a limited licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and process submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, design, quote, produce, or deliver the requested project, maintain appropriate records, and resolve related issues.

Sixth Line Studio may refuse material that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Reviews and Submitted Content

When submitting a review or photograph, you remain responsible for the content and confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

If you provide the required publication consent, you grant Jin Chao Canada International Inc., operating as Sixth Line Studio, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, format, crop, resize, and publish the approved review or photograph on Sixth Line Studio-controlled website and promotional channels.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your original content.

You may request that we stop future display by contacting Talk to Us. Removal will apply to locations reasonably under our control and may not fully recall previously printed, downloaded, cached, or shared copies.

Submission does not guarantee publication. We may approve, decline, remove, or discontinue displaying content at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

We will not publish the customer’s email address.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including hosting, email, payment, financial, or social-media providers.

Third-party services have their own terms and policies. Sixth Line Studio is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of independent third-party websites or services.

Specific purchases and custom orders are additionally governed by the Custom Order & Sales Terms and any written quote, proof, invoice, or order confirmation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sixth Line Studio and Jin Chao Canada International Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the general website.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and does not replace the remedies available under the Custom Order & Sales Terms or applicable consumer law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
